This is official now that Stellantis is bringing its true compact pickup truck to compete Ford Maverick and Honda Ridgeline. This will be an additional trim placing Stellantis in pickup truck market below the new Dakota.

With Rampage the pickup truck family will have its main vehicle placed in every segment where American Truck enthusiasts seek for the vehicles.
What to Expect
The Brazilian model offers Four Cylinder Gas and Diesel powertrains which are available in 4WD. Though this is not officially confirmed but there is high possibility that USA market will have the similar Engine as that of Brazilian model with some tweaks.
It is highly possible that the Rampage in USA will also have the 9 speed Automatic transmission and should produce 268 Hp (Gas) & 197 Hp (Diesel) power for the small segment trucks. This will definitely be there advantage in the segment.
Considering the vehicle standards and American market trend, Rampage in USA should have Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keep assist, Cyclist Detection, Auto High Beams, Adaptive Cruise control, Lane centring, Rearview Camera along with other basic safety features.
Keep in Mind
As per Wiki, the Rampage is built on Small Wide Global platform which is shared with Jeep Compass which makes it different than the super powerful RAM 1500.
Rampage was able to sell around 8600 vehicles in 2023 and the sales ramped up to around 26000 in the year 2025.
STLA has not confirmed the truck specifications but truely this will be a big move for the Detroit based Car Manufacturer.
If you have to pick one Vehicle, what would it be a Ford Maverick or the STLA Rampage.
